Junior Coaching

At Lewis Hackett Golf we offer our junior golfers a fun, safe environment in which to develop their understanding of golf and the key skills to play the game.

All Juniors thinking of taking up the game of golf get the opportunity to join our Junior programme without any commitment to being a member of a Golf Club.

​

In time, we hope new juniors enjoy their experience so much that they’d like to take their learning onto the golf course on a more frequent basis and join Louth Golf Club's growing junior membership section.

What We Offer:

​

Our junior development programme is open to all members and non-members, delivered by our PGA Professional George Chubb.

​

For new Juniors we use the junior golf passport scheme. This provides a structured development of skills and knowledge.

The programme suits children who’ve never played the game before and also those who’ve started in the game and are wanting to improve their skills and knowledge.

Parents can be fully engaged in their child’s golf development by helping their child keep their learning records up to date.

As part of this phase of their development, our junior golfers will experience time at our practice range, on our practice putting and chipping areas and, when they are ready, a little time on our golf course.

Cost of the programme is £30.00 for a block of 6x 1 hour sessions.

Our Development Programme offers Juniors a pathway to playing Golf for both fun and competitively:

• Junior Golf Passport

• In house competitions played off various tee sets based off ability.

• Junior Holiday Day Camps

• Golf Sixes Team Competitions

• Junior Development Team
